1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Homoeopathy and Health portal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Homoeopathy and Health provides homeopathic consultations and is not a substitute for emergency medical care. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately. All treatments and prescriptions are the professional opinion of the consulting doctor and should be followed as advised.

3. Appointments & Payments

  • Appointments are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to modify service fees with 7 days' prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 24 hours before appointment: Full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before appointment: 50% refund.
  • No-show: No refund.
  • Cancellation by doctor: Full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Medicine orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled. Undispatched orders may be cancelled for a full refund.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate personal and medical information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
  • You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • You must be 18 years or older to register. Minors may be consulted with guardian consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this portal — including prescriptions, treatment plans, and documentation — is the property of Homoeopathy and Health. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any content without written permission.

7. Prescription Usage

Digital prescriptions issued through our platform are valid medical documents. They may be presented at any registered pharmacy or used to order medicines through our portal. Prescriptions must not be altered, forged, or misused.

8. Limitation of Liability

Homoeopathy and Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
