  • Payment Data: Transaction records processed via Razorpay. We do not store card details — all card data is handled by Razorpay's PCI-compliant systems.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs collected automatically.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To book and manage your appointments with our doctors.
  • To generate and securely store your digital prescriptions.
  • To process payments and send confirmation receipts.
  • To send appointment reminders via WhatsApp and email.
  • To fulfil medicine orders and manage shipping.
  • To improve our services and diagnose technical issues.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or medical data to third parties. We share information only with:

  • Razorpay — for payment processing.
  • Google — for Meet link generation and Gmail notifications.
  • Courier Partners (DHL/FedEx) — solely for order fulfillment (shipping address only).
  • WhatsApp Business API — for appointment notifications.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS. Medical records and prescriptions are stored securely on Google Cloud (Mumbai region) with role-based access controls. Only your treating doctor can view your full consultation notes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your medical records for a minimum of 7 years as required by Indian medical regulations. Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of non-medical account data by contacting us.

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of non-medical account data.
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
